1. Information We Collect
- Account data: email address, display name (via Google Sign-In)
- Usage data: stories generated, generation counts, tier status
- Content: prompts you enter, stories generated, personas created
- Voice samples: audio files you upload for voice cloning (Dreamweaver only)
2. How We Use Your Information
- To provide and improve the StoryStork service
- To enforce usage limits and billing
- To display public stories you choose to share
- To generate AI content using Google Gemini (your prompts are sent server-side)
3. Third-Party Services
- Firebase (Google): authentication, database, file storage, hosting
- Google Gemini: AI story generation (prompts processed server-side)
- ElevenLabs: text-to-speech and voice cloning (Dreamweaver tier)
- Stripe: payment processing (paid tiers)
4. Data Retention
Your account data is retained as long as your account is active. You may delete your account and all associated data by contacting us. Public stories you have shared will be removed within 30 days.
5. Children's Privacy
StoryStork accounts are for adults. Content is generated for children but accounts must be held by a parent or guardian (13+). We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
